  29. Put a jumper wire between pins 1 and 31 of the ROM SOCKET.  Solder 
  30. another jumper wire between pins 21 and 31 of the ROM.  There was a 
  31. mistake in the original installation instructions which was supposed to 
  32. have been corrected over a year ago.  You will notice that the 21 to 31 
  33. wire is drawn in on your instruction sheet but there is nothing to say 
  34. what you are supposed to do there.

  36. Any dealer which tells someone that they *have* to buy a Multistart to 
  37. get everything to work is IMO just looking to unload excess stock, the 
  38. proper procedure has been widely spread for over 14 months now.
